At Universal Components UK Ltd (UCUK), we’ve been keeping commercial vehicles moving for over a century. Founded in 1908, our business has grown from a specialist vehicle parts supplier into a leading distributor and wholesaler serving customers across the UK, Europe, and beyond.

Over the years, UCUK has strengthened its offering through strategic acquisitions, which broadened our reach and product range. A landmark moment came in 2012, when UCUK became part of the TVS Group, a global conglomerate headquartered in India with deep expertise in automotive, logistics, and supply chain solutions.

Being part of TVS has given us access to world-class sourcing, supplier partnerships, and supply chain innovation — allowing us to expand our range to over 20,000 product lines, and 150 brands, with plans to grow even further.

Today, UCUK combines over 100 years of heritage with the global strength of TVS. From our base in Barnsley, we now export to more than 50 countries worldwide, making our products and services accessible to a truly international customer base.
